Terms of sale

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below. These conditions apply to all purchases made through Sainte Club.

Products and availability
All items are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
Product photos and descriptions are provided for reference and may vary slightly due to lighting, production, or screen differences.

Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Please make sure your email and shipping information are accurate at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
In some cases, we may refuse or cancel an order for security reasons, suspected fraud, or abnormal quantities.

Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT when applicable. Shipping costs and international duties or taxes (for customers outside the EU) are not included in product prices and may be added at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment
We accept secure payments through credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
All transactions are encrypted, and your payment details are never stored on our servers. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and often the same day if placed before 14:00 (CET). Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Customs and international duties
If your order is shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns and refunds
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Cancellations (EU customers)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work on a solution.

Warranty
Our products follow the legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects under French consumer law. This does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or normal wear.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Personal data
Your personal information is processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
We only collect data necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience.

Governing law
These Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute may first be addressed to us for resolution. If needed, it may then be submitted to the appropriate French courts.
