Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@sainte.club within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, subject to product availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired size or product when contacting us. Once your return is received and approved, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@sainte.club so we can resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union cooling-off period
In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification, provided the item meets the return conditions stated above.
